Maxnomic Vs Secretlab: Upholsteries
We have found that the Maxnomic chairs have two different types of upholsteries i.e. Faux leather (Vinyl/ PU) and Microfibre fabric (synthetic suede). Most of its chairs have Faux leather upholstery, while the premium chairs come with Microfibre fabric upholstery.
The Secretlab has premium and better quality upholsteries than Maxnomic. It offers the following upholsteries:
NEO™ Hybrid Leatherette
Such an upholstery gives a plush and supple hand feel, and it proves 12X more durable than typical PU leather. It is designed in a way to give a real leather look. It would be a great pick to deliver luxury. We found the NEO™ Hybrid Leatherette best for liquid resistance.
SoftWeave™ Plus Fabric
SoftWeave™ Plus Fabric is an upgraded version of SoftWeave fabric, and it comes as a soft fluffy textured fabric. The fabric has high tensile strength and breathability. We found It is easy to remove dust and dirt from it. It also proves more pet-friendly than leatherette.
PRIME™ 2.0 PU Leather
PRIME™ 2.0 PU Leather has a soft and smooth feel. Its coated surface makes it easy to clean. Compared with SoftWeave fabric, it has better spill resistance and less breathing.
The chairs have two types of filling material i.e. PU foam and Cold-Cure Foam.
Such a foam gives soft fluffy padding to support short sitting. Prolonged sitting on this padding could lead to back, neck, hip, and shoulder pain. If used extensively, the PU foam starts to flatten and lose its shape. Most of the sofas and cheap chairs use PU foam.
It gives firm padding to support long sitting sessions. The firm padding retains its shape and can perform for years. It helps to achieve a healthier posture.
All of the chairs of Secretlab come with premium Cold-Cure foam to provide extra firm padding. The firm padding not only proves comfortable but also helps to achieve a healthy posture. The firm padding supports the natural curvature of the body. The Secretlab Titan has a density of 65 kg/m³.
Maxnomic Vs Secretlab: Frame
Both Maxnomic and Secretlab chairs have sturdy steel frames to ensure maximum weight support. The frame is considered a backbone of a chair. The stronger the frame the stronger the chair.
Wheel Base and Casters
Maxnomic chairs come with a heavy-duty reinforced aluminum base. Such a base not only proved durable but also give a sleek and glossy black finish. The chairs have standard casters with PU coating for smooth running.
Secretlab chairs have strong bases made of ADC12 aluminum. These bases can withstand heavy loads and last for years. All of its chairs come with XL PU casters.
We these chairs, we are limited to only one design for the seat base. The plus point we like in these chairs is the racing-style seat design, the most popular among esports players, streamers, and gamers.
With these chairs, we were able to choose any of 3 different seat designs.
Proprietary Pebble Seat Base
Titan Evo 2022 comes with Proprietary Pebble Seat Base. The design suits best those who keep changing their positions. The design gives us more space to enjoy the different sitting styles. Its waterfall edge helps to relieve the pressure off the thighs and knees.
Snug-Fit Seat Base
The Omega chairs come with a Snug-Fit Seat Base, a standard seat. The design seat suits those who like cozier sitting.
Leveled Seat Base
Titan and Titan XL chairs come with Leveled Seat Base. Such a seat offers plenty of space and you can even sit cross-legged.
Most of these chairs have lumbar cushions to provide lumbar support. While other chairs come with an integrated lumbar support system. Such a system allows only depth adjustment (2-way adjustability).
It has lumbar cushions in Omega chairs. While the Titan and Titan XL come with a 2-way adjustable integrated lumbar support system. The Titan Evo has an excellent built-in 4-way L-ADAPT™ Lumbar Support System that offers 4-way adjustment (depth and height adjustment).

The Maxnomic chairs have a durable tilt mechanism with 2 levers, one for the height adjustments, and the second serves the locking function (5 fixable positions). You will be able to tilt the chair up to 11 degrees.
While the Secretlab chairs offer more adjustability by reclining from 85° to 165°.

The Secretlab has premium Cold-Cure Foam (100% density), which is much better than the Maxnomic foam.
